Our olives come from the pristine environment of Telašćica Nature Park on Dugi Otok and Ravni Kotari, located in the Dalmatian hinterland. We process them in our own mill immediately after harvest to preserve their maximum nutritional value and ensure a rich, full-bodied taste.
