Welcome to the Ramov Olive Oil Mill, where we process the finest olives to create premium olive oil. We have equipped the factory with the newest equipment so that olives may be processed quickly after harvest.
In addition to our own, we also process the oil of other olive growers. We offer delivery and olive processing services for external users, by prior arrangement. In this way, olive growers from the surroundings of Zadar, Vodice, Pirovac, Šibenik, and Benkovac can get top-quality oil from their fruits in our modern oil mill in Stankovci.
The olives are thoroughly washed and cleaned to remove impurities before processing.
The washed olives are crushed into a paste, releasing the oil from the fruit.
The olive paste is mixed in mixers to facilitate the extraction of oil.
The oil is separated from water and solids, resulting in pure, high-quality olive oil.
We use the Pieralisi Panorama 4 machine, which allows for fast and efficient processing of large quantities of olives, ensuring high oil quality.
Thanks to the speed of processing, olives become oil in a very short time after harvest, which preserves their nutritional value.
The Pieralisi Panorama can process up to 1500 kilograms of olives per hour, allowing for the processing of large quantities in a short time.
Four separate mixers with a capacity of up to 600 kilograms ensure maximum oil release from the olives, resulting in superior quality and consistent oil flavor.
Ramov olive oil, as well as other oils produced in our mill, are processed exclusively by cold pressing. The temperature during the processing does not exceed 27°C. This preserves the rich flavor of the olive oil, as well as its nutritional wealth (polyphenols, vitamins).
The olives do not come into contact with oxygen from the moment they enter the mixer until the oil comes out of the machine. This is extremely important because oxygen, or oxidation, can harm the quality of the oil.
Thanks to advanced technology, the Pieralisi Panorama 4 ensures that the olive fruits are maximally utilized. This means that losses are minimal, and yields (the amount of oil obtained) are higher.

We have ecologically improved our olive oil mill in order to cut down on energy and water usage while minimizing waste. We recycle the byproducts of processing (pomace and water) and use them in agricultural production.
The organic nature of our products is verified by AgriBioCert, a regulatory authority that certifies and oversees organic farming practices. We hold their organic farming certificate (HR-EKO-03).
