Delivery is carried out by the Seller (through its employees) or by engaging a reputable delivery (courier) service.
Delivery is made through transport companies that provide transportation services.
Products will be packaged in such a way that they cannot be damaged during normal handling in transport.
The Buyer is obliged to check for any damages upon receiving the products and immediately report them to the delivery worker who delivered the goods, or refuse to accept the shipment if there are visible external damages. The Buyer is required to sign the delivery note or receipt upon receiving the goods, which the delivery service takes as confirmation of receipt.
In cases where the Buyer receives a product different from the one purchased, they have the right to receive the ordered product. If this is not possible, the Buyer is entitled to a refund of the paid product price, delivery costs, and compensation for return costs, and must return the incorrectly delivered product.
In case the Seller is unable to deliver the purchased product within the specified period, the Buyer will be notified to arrange a new delivery time. In this case, the Buyer also has the right to terminate the Contract.
Upon delivery, along with the purchased product, the Buyer receives all documents accompanying the product (user manual, warranty certificate), an invoice, and a receipt confirmation, which must be signed. By signing the receipt confirmation, it is considered that the product has been received without visible external damages.
The goods are insured against loss during delivery. The Buyer is required to sign the delivery note or receipt upon receiving the goods, which the delivery service takes as confirmation of receipt.
Delivery prices are displayed on www.ulje-ramov.hr and include the applicable VAT.

The delivery cost is €9. For orders over €125, shipping is free.
