Product Complaints for Purchases Made on www.ulje-ramov.hr

If you find upon first use that the product you received is defective or that you are not satisfied with it, please contact us and follow the steps outlined below.

Send us the order number, your name and surname, a description of the complaint, and a picture of the product via email at info@ulje-ramov.hr or call us at +385 98 169 4938.

We will send you a confirmation of receipt of your complaint and, based on your description, inform you whether the product can be replaced with a new one or if a refund is possible.

In cases where the product can be replaced with a new one or a refund can be issued, we will arrange for a courier service to pick up the returned product from your address and return it to our store.

Once the product arrives at our store, we will notify you regarding the refund or the shipment of the replacement product. For any questions about refunds or replacement shipments, feel free to contact us at info@ulje-ramov.hr or call +385 98 169 4938.

If the shipment is damaged during transport, such damages will be visible upon receipt of the package. In such cases, please do not accept the shipment. Contact us immediately so we can verify the condition of the shipment and send a replacement as soon as possible.

At Ramov, we carefully select only the best products for you. However, if you are not satisfied or have received a defective product, we are here to assist you. We believe that we will resolve your complaint to our mutual satisfaction.
